We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with our special needs son's autism support dog. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby boardwalk. The lounge area provided a great atmosphere for family bonding.

The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and I loved having a cozy King Room with a sofa bed for extra space. I soaked up the sun by the outdoor pool, which felt amazing. The only hiccup was that our air conditioning wasn't working well, but it didn’t ruin the fun. 😊

When I got there the staff was amazing especially a lady named Lisa who made sure I had everything I needed and then some she even checked to see if I wanted fresh towels even tho I said no once and the bistro was great always quick service and they remembered my coffee order every time I went down

The location right by the Louisiana Boardwalk made it easy to explore shops and restaurants. My room had a great view of the boardwalk. The staff greeted me warmly and helped with check-in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, which I loved. However, I faced some noise issues from other guests late at night. The phones in the hotel were not working properly during my stay, which complicated communication with the front desk. The breakfast options at the Bistro were decent but priced a bit high considering portion sizes. Overall, I had a pleasant time but felt some service improvements are needed.

I had a comfy one-night stay. The bed was super soft and the AC was chilly, which was great! The river view from my room was stunning, I could see the whole area. Staff were friendly and quick to help. The only bummer was the nearby freight train – could be noisy at times. The bar area was nice too.
